Tarragon Vinegar – Recipes – ABC Radio

Trim tarragon stalks to a length that will fit neatly into the bottle.

Push a generous quantity of stalks with leaves into the bottle, stalk ends first.

Seal and add a label.

Store in a cool dark place.

Vinegar can be used 3-4 weeks.

Use a small quantity at first as the flavour can be quite strong.
